Founded in 1980 by Trevor St Baker and listed on the ASX in 2010, Fund I received investment proceeds totalling A$144 million during the period from ERM Power’s listing to its acquisition by Shell in 2019.

NOVONIX (Exited)
Novonix is a ASX and NASDAQ dual-listed battery materials and technology company, with a focus on producing synthetic graphite for lithium-ion batteries. Fund I invested A$29 million in Novonix, and realised A$136 million in proceeds, resulting in an MoIC of 4.71x and an IRR of 80.6% over five years. -
Evie is Australia’s market-leading Charge Point Operator with over 200 EV fast-charging locations across the country. The company has been awarded multiple grants from the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) and several state-based programs.
